You might be thinking that how we can draw such shapes in MS Word, but the answer is as simple as the MS Word!
It is assumed that if you use MS Word you must be aware with its Insert > Shapes menu. :)
Insert any shape and change it as you want. After inserting the text, double-click on shape. You will see following menu and its options:
Click Edit Points option. Now you can change the default shape's form as you want by using its pointers.
